While working at an IVF and gynaecology clinic, she saw firsthand how late diagnoses complicated women's health journeys. Her journey began in Singapore's tertiary healthcare system where she worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. It was there that she witnessed firsthand the unique challenges that women face, sparking a deep-seated determination to make a difference.
Recognising the need for accessible and equitable healthcare, Jody has dedicated her career to transforming women's health by integrating comprehensive care into primary healthcare settings.
