What is the PCOS Management Programme?

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal condition that disrupts ovulation, menstrual cycles, and metabolism. It is often linked to underlying factors such as insulin resistance and androgen excess, which can cause symptoms like irregular cycles, hormonal acne, and weight changes. Insulin resistance can also lead to elevated androgen levels, further interfering with ovulation and cycle regulation.

The PCOS Management Programme is a 3-month plan designed to address these root causes. By improving hormonal and metabolic health, the programme offers a structured approach to managing PCOS symptoms in a sustainable way.

The programme includes the below:

1. Personalised Medical Care. The programme starts with a 20-minute video consultation with a doctor. During this session, the doctor will:

  • Review your health history and previous test results.
  • Identify key issues such as insulin resistance or elevated androgen levels.

2. Nutrition and Lifestyle Guidance. Over three 30-minute consultations, a registered dietitian specialising in PCOS will:

  • Identify nutritional gaps that could be impacting your symptoms.
  • Provide a personalised nutrition checklist with practical steps to improve your diet.
  • Create a tailored nutrition action plan, including meal and snack suggestions, to support your goals.
  • Recommend supplements, if necessary, based on your specific needs.

3. Ongoing Support

  • For 3 months, you’ll have access to a dedicated care team via chat. This ensures you can ask questions, get guidance, and stay on track with your plan.
  • The Hey Taylor app will help you track your symptoms and progress, so your care team can adjust your plan as needed.

Note: Medications, investigations, and supplements are prescribed only as needed and billed separately.

Terms and Conditions

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund. Taylor reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:

  • The patient is medically unable to complete the service    
  • System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors    
  • Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased        
  • Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.    
  • Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
  • Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
