What happens after you book

After completing your booking, you will receive a link for appointment scheduling and a brief fertility questionnaire. The process will then be as follows:

Step 01: Visit the lab for your blood test at your chosen time slot.
Step 02: Receive your test report within 3 working days.
Step 03: Discuss your results with our doctor over a video consultation.

What is the Pre-Conception Screening about?

Many believe that care for women starts after pregnancy, but proactive tests can actually help prevent some avoidable risks, like certain birth defects and miscarriages. This screening provides a thorough overview of your health in the areas that matter for a healthy pregnancy.

Full Blood Count (FBC): Evaluates your overall health and detects a wide range of disorders, including anemia and infection.

Thalassemia Screen: Identifies genetic blood disorders that can affect pregnancy and the health of your baby.

ABO Blood Grouping: Determines your blood group and Rh factor, which are crucial for pregnancy planning and managing potential Rh incompatibility.

Hepatitis B and C Screening: Detects hepatitis infections that could affect your liver health and the health of your baby.

HIV Screening: Identifies HIV status to ensure appropriate management and prevent mother-to-child transmission.

Syphilis Screening: Checks for syphilis infection, which is essential to treat before or during pregnancy to prevent complications.

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund. Taylor reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:

• The patient is medically unable to complete the service    
• System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors    
• Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased        
• Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.    
• Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
• Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
