After completing your booking, you will receive a link for appointment scheduling and a brief fertility questionnaire. The process will then be as follows:

Step 01: Visit the lab for your blood test at your chosen time slot.
Step 02: Receive your personalised test report within 3 working days.
Step 03: Discuss your results with our doctor over a video consultation.

‍Preparation for Test

• No food and drinks for at least 8 hours before your test.
• To be tested on Day 2-5 of your menstrual cycle (the first day of your period is Day 1).
• Some tests need to be done first thing as you start your day, so we recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible.

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund. Taylor reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellations / refunds except in the following scenarios:

• The patient is medically unable to complete the service    
• System errors resulting in duplicated orders or order errors    
• Taylor is unable to provide the service purchased        
• Any cancellation request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and at least 3 days prior to the appointment date.    
• Except in special cases, there would be no cancellations / refunds as long as the service has started
• Please note that Taylor does not allow for any cancellations due to change of mind. We seek your understanding for this.
